• Maintain the security of your account

4. Acceptable Use

5. Subscription and Billing

Our service operates on a credit-based system with the following terms:

• Free accounts receive 10 credits upon signup
• Paid subscriptions provide additional credits and features
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you input into our service. Generated tweets are provided for your use, but you are responsible for ensuring they comply with applicable laws and platform policies when published.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

VibeTweeter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
